La Crique Boutique – Return Policy

At La Crique Boutique, we want you to absolutely love what you receive. If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to help within the guidelines below.

Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date the package is delivered to the customer’s shipping address (as confirmed by the carrier tracking information).

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unwashed

  • Unworn

  • Free of stains, makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, smoke, or pet hair

  • In original condition

  • Original tags attached

Items that do not meet these requirements will be refused and returned to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Undergarments

  • Accessories

  • Lotions

  • Balms

  • Lip gloss

  • Personal hygiene products

Return Approval & Processing

  • All returns must be approved before being sent back.

  • Unauthorized returns may be refused.

  • Once received and inspected, approved returns will be issued as store credit.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important Notes

  • The 14-day window is based on delivery date, not order date or ship date.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • La Crique Boutique reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet policy standards.
